Fast and effice...

Fast and efficent service from DroiX. The GPD P2 Max is a stunning little laptop a big improvement on the original GPD Pocket.

Great tiny lapt...

Great tiny laptop , quality form factor, acts like a big laptop , own the original GPD pocket and I can definitely see the speed difference

Linux user review

Being a died in the wool Windows hater I purchsed this with the intension of installing Linux.
I'm happy to say that is now running Debian bullseye with the Gnome3 desktop quite happily with a couple of caveats.
Firstly when plugging in headphones the internal speaker is not disabled and Pulseaudio control still says "headphones (unplugged). However they still work when selected and the internal speaker is disabled.
Secondly the touch screen does not seem to work, but as I never poke sticky fingers all over my screen, I don't care.

Apart from those two things I have to say that this is a delightful little laptop with good performance and is rapidly becomming a favorite among my systems.

Excellent little laptop, high- performing and sturdy!

I have had the GPD P2 Max for about a week now, and it's just as good as I was hoping. It's powerful enough for most tasks, the display is really high resolution (though a bit small, but that's not surprising) and the battery life is great. It even survived me dropping it on a hard floor with the screen open and there's not even a scratch on it! This is a beautiful little machine and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a super light but good performing machine.

Good

I was really impressed by the build quality!
The fan does ramp up quite fast, but on a sidenote It cools very well and I had no performance issues whatsoever as of now.

I am a big fan ...

I am a big fan of GPD products and have the Win 2 for gaming and the upgrading from Pocket 1 to the P2. So far so good, it is faster and it has a larger screen, more storage, fingerprint scanner and web camera.
