Email and live chat are answered in 2–5 hours on weekdays. Messages sent over the weekend or on a bank holiday are answered within 8–24 hours. Live chat is the fastest route during opening hours.
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays — 10:00–17:30 UK time, which is 04:30–12:30 EST for US customers. Outside these hours, leave a message and the team will pick it up first thing.
