The questions the team is asked most — you might find your answer here first.
Email and live chat are answered in 2–5 hours on weekdays. Messages sent over the weekend or on a bank holiday are answered within 8–24 hours. Live chat is the fastest route during opening hours.
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays — 10:00–17:30 UK time, which is 04:30–12:30 EST for US customers. Outside these hours, leave a message and the team will pick it up first thing.
Yes. Tell us how you play — emulation, AAA titles, handheld vs. desktop docking — and the team will recommend the WIN, Pocket or Max model and the configuration that fits your budget.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can amend the address, swap a configuration or cancel it for a full refund.
